Britt Bowker currently serves as Director of Recruitment for South Louisiana Economic Development. Through the H2theFuture grant, Britt’s responsibilities involve spearheading Business Development through the Louisiana Future Energy initiative, a critical step toward a sustainable future. Britt has over 15 years in business development and recruitment experience in the healthcare and financial services industries. Prior to joining BRAC, Britt held multiple executive level roles at Our Lady of the Lake and Assurance Financial, and was instrumental in the development of sales programs, talent acquisition processes and expansion, and drove major account growth. As a Rhodes College graduate and Baton Rouge, Louisiana native, she enjoys being a resource to help foster growth and connections in her community and beyond.
